Getting Started – Wordpress/Trac/SVN – KILLER!!!
After multiple fits and starts over the last few years with various blogging platforms, I’ve finally set-up a new website. Instead of trying to come up with a flashy name, I copied Tim (tcollins.net) and went with good old wburke.net. This time around I also decide to go with a virutal host instead of a “Rent-A-Blog” style host.
One of the major motivations this time around was the desire for my own Trac/SVN platform. We have been using Trac for about a year now at Synthis and I’m completely in love with it. Instead of writing all of my ideas down in a notebook like I have historically, I’m hoping to get in the habit of using wburke.net/trac/wiki. LOVE IT!!!
